Script for Motorola iDEN phones

Increased port speed and configure for blind dialling, improved ReadMe. This script should work with most iDEN models. Note that, unless you have used the iDEN as a wireless modem with other devices, e.g. a Palm, and you know for sure that data dial-up calls are enabled, you should check with Nextel to make sure that feature is activated.
